Here at Natheer Technical Services Est., we want you to have the best shopping experience possible.
We can accept the return of the materials within 30 days of purchase only. Please send a return request to firstname.lastname@example.org and await approval to return the goods. Please make sure that the material is returned in an ‘as new’ condition, in the original packing with all accessories and documentation, however we will charge 10% re-stocking costs. Upon receipt and inspection we will issue the refund. In case material is returned in a damaged or otherwise not pristine condition we reserve the right to make a reasonable deduction from the purchase price to cover repair and/or repackaging costs. Any costs related to shipping and custom duty for returned items are for customer’s account. Refunds will be done only through the original payment method.
Customers can cancel an order at any time, before the shipment has been processed, without fees or penalties. The refund will be processed within 48 hours of the order being cancelled via email correspondence with email@example.com.
Damaged or Missing Goods
We always inspect items prior to shipping; we suggest that you also thoroughly inspect the items before accepting delivery. If damage is apparent, please refuse delivery or if your parcel is left without a signature and damage is found, contact Natheer Technical Services Est. customer Service at +971 42674450 as soon as possible.
Returns made within 30 days of receipt of item will be refunded with the type of payment used in the original purchase. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be posted to your credit card / bank account from the date a refund is processed.
